Purpose and Scope

This Policy applies to the Sarkon Plus Publishing website, digital platforms, publications, research materials, articles, reports, newsletters, graphics, downloadable resources, and other content that Sarkon Plus Publishing owns or is authorized to manage.

Book-specific notices, publishing agreements, licenses, or attribution statements may establish additional or different terms for individual works. Where a work-specific notice conflicts with this general Policy, the work-specific notice or applicable written agreement governs that work.

Ownership of Sarkon Plus Materials

Unless otherwise stated, original materials created and owned by Sarkon Plus L.L.C. are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Original graphics, charts, maps, photographs, illustrations, and data visualizations

The presence of material on this website does not mean that Sarkon Plus Publishing owns every element. Contributor-owned and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Individual Books and Publications

Each book, report, article, or other publication may contain its own copyright notice identifying the applicable author, owner, publication year, license, and permitted uses.

Sarkon Plus Publishing does not claim ownership of an author’s work merely because it appears on this website or is published under its imprint. Ownership and publishing rights are determined by applicable law and the governing written agreements.

Contributor and Third-Party Content

Authors, researchers, photographers, illustrators, and other contributors may retain copyright unless ownership has been transferred or otherwise established by written agreement or applicable law. Contributors grant only the rights stated in the relevant submission terms, publishing agreement, or license.

Third-party photographs, quotations, maps, data, trademarks, archival materials, and external resources remain the property of their respective owners. Users are responsible for obtaining any permission required before reusing them.

Permitted Use

Visitors may access publicly available material for personal, educational, scholarly, and other lawful noncommercial purposes, subject to this Policy and any work-specific restrictions.

Uses Requiring Written Permission

Unless permitted by law or an applicable license, prior written permission is required before reproducing a complete work or substantial portion; republishing material on another platform; translating, adapting, or creating a derivative work; using material commercially; reproducing protected visual assets; licensing or syndicating content; or using protected materials in advertising, merchandise, endorsements, paid courses, or subscription services.

Permission applies only to the specific use authorized in writing and does not transfer ownership.

Automated Access and Bulk Collection

Except where authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, users may not systematically scrape, harvest, extract, mirror, or bulk-download website content; create unauthorized databases or archives; circumvent access controls or technical restrictions; commercially exploit extracted material; or interfere with the security and operation of the website.

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines may be permitted subject to applicable technical instructions, including robots directives.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Except where authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, Sarkon Plus Publishing content may not be systematically collected, reproduced, or used to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or supply commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems.

This includes unauthorized training datasets, retrieval databases, model inputs, synthetic adaptations, or commercial products derived from protected material. Nothing in this section limits uses that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Trademarks and Brand Assets

“Sarkon Plus,” “Sarkon Plus Publishing,” associated logos, publication marks, slogans, visual identities, and other source-identifying elements may be trademarks or protected brand assets of Sarkon Plus L.L.C.

They may not be used to imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation; create confusion about the source of goods or services; misrepresent Sarkon Plus Publishing; or imitate its branding for deceptive or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Permission Requests

A request should identify the requester and organization, the exact material and source URL, the proposed use and audience, the distribution format, whether the use is commercial, the anticipated number of copies or audience size, and the requested duration and geographic scope.

Submitting a request does not grant permission. Authorization is effective only when confirmed in writing by Sarkon Plus Publishing or the applicable rights owner.

A report should identify the protected work and disputed material, provide the material’s location, give the reporter’s name and contact information, explain the claim, and include good-faith and accuracy statements together with confirmation of authority and an electronic or physical signature.

Sarkon Plus Publishing may review the report, request more information, restrict access, contact the contributor, or take other appropriate action. This process does not represent that Sarkon Plus L.L.C. has registered a designated DMCA agent unless such registration has actually been completed and remains current.

No Transfer of Rights

Accessing, purchasing, downloading, or possessing a copy of material does not transfer copyright, trademark, publication rights, or other intellectual property rights. No license is granted except as expressly provided by this Policy, a work-specific notice, or a written agreement.

Enforcement

Sarkon Plus Publishing may respond to suspected infringement by requesting attribution or removal, restricting access, terminating permission, issuing a takedown request, or pursuing other remedies available under applicable law. Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive rights in another.

Policy Updates

This Policy may be revised to reflect changes in publications, business practices, technology, agreements, or legal obligations. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
